Sale of shares of City Interactive S.A. by a member of the Supervisory Board The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby informs that today the Company was notified by a member of the Supervisory Board of City Interactive S.A. that on September 18, 2009 he sold 56,000 shares of the Company (fifty six thousand) at a price of PLN 4.48 per share.
The total value of the transaction amounted to PLN 250,880.00 (say: two hundred and fifty thousand eight hundred and eighty).
The transaction was effected during a regular session of the stock exchange on the primary market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The person obliged to communicate the information did not consent to disclosure of personal data.
